I have some friends with 360s that have never had a problem, and I have others that had to send it back 4 times because their system froze up each time it was fixed. I've downloaded and ran the latest MS patch for the Xbox 360. I tried to run Doom 3 Ressurection of Evil and (despite Microsoft saying that it is now supported) it still doesn't work.
